These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and policies in place at Aesthetics by Jo Ross. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

Appointments & Booking Fees

A non‑refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

Your appointment is confirmed only once the booking fee has been received.

Booking fees are deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

If adequate notice is given (see Cancellation Policy), your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in the loss of your booking fee.

Repeated cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.

Medical & Treatment Suitability

A full consultation is required before any treatment.

You must provide accurate medical information to ensure your safety.

If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, alternative options may be recommended.

The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not in your best interest.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of treatment.

Booking fees are non‑refundable.

Refunds cannot be issued for completed treatments, as results vary from person to person.

Products purchased in‑clinic are non‑refundable unless faulty.

Before & After Photos

Photos may be taken for medical record‑keeping and treatment tracking.

Images will only be used for marketing with your explicit written consent.

Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information is handled in line with UK GDPR regulations.

Your data is stored securely and never shared without your consent.
