Cancellation Policy
Respecting your time, my time, and the needs of all clients.
To ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly, please note the following:
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.
No‑shows or repeated late cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client.
Booking fees are non‑refundable, but they can be transferred to a new appointment if adequate notice is given.
We understand sometimes things do happen and will try accommodate where we can but this is at our discretion.
This policy allows me to offer appointments to clients on the waiting list and ensures the clinic runs smoothly for everyone.
